charlottesville day two

on sunday...
we breakfasted at our fav bagel spot, bodo's,
walked around the beautiful grounds
(ww annoyingly corrects me when i refer to his school as a 'campus' instead of 'the grounds'... weird uva people),
visited some shops on the corner & bought some t-shirts
had delicious frozen yogurt from arch's,
picked up sandwiches from ww's fav spot, foods of all nations,
drove back out to king family vineyard to watch the sunday polo match,
and visited with our good friends
who sadly (for us!) will be moving from cville this summer.

to return to dc, we took skyline drive back through the shenandoah national park.  if you ever have a chance to do this drive, it is so worth the extra time!  we stopped for a picnic with our foods sandwiches, and took in some great scenic views along the way.  riding home at sunset through the blue ridge mountains, listening to alexander, aka edward sharpe's, a million years, with your best friend behind the wheel... it doesn't get much better.  especially when he looks at you and tells you how happy he is at this moment.
